1. Electric Scooters & Bicycles Warranty Coverage

When you purchase an electric scooter or bicycle from the official Kukirin website (Kukirin Official Website), you are eligible for a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers repair services and product replacements in case of defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Within 7 Days: If a defect is detected within 7 days of delivery, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional shipping cost. This period is calculated from the delivery date.

  • After 7 Days, But Within 12 Months: If the product has any quality issues, we will provide free repairs and replacement parts. However, customers will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the product back to us. We will bear the shipping cost for the repaired or replacement product sent back to you.

  • Warranty Period by Product Type (Effective January 1, 2025): After January 1, 2025, all accessories will have a 12-month warranty. However, for products purchased before this date:

    • Battery, motor, and controller: 6 months

    • Display and charger: 3 months

    • Other accessories: 12 months
